Dear Friends, It is with great pride that I welcome you to Black Cat Engineering & Construction. In close cooperation with our parent “QIPCO” and by working together and pooling our resources, we can benefit from both organizations strengths. It is because of our strength as an organization and my confidence in our leadership team that I am comfortable Black Cat will grow to new heights. I believe the organization can achieve even higher levels of scale and impact. We continue to remain engaged and enthusiastic about our mission and feel assured relationships with our client base is greatly valued.

Black Cat’s new Vision & Mission Statements along with our Core Values calls for us, as we go forward, to strengthen our culture and create a robust operating model capable of delivering consistent growth and profitability in the markets Black Cat operate.
